Last May, on their original wedding date, I photographed Keith and Rutvi’s intimate summer backyard wedding. Due to the pandemic, Keith and Rutvi changed their original plans for a large gathering to November 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee at The Columns. The couple was officially married in front of a small audience on their original May wedding date – surrounded by their immediate family, the best man, and the maid of honor. Following the wedding ceremony, their guests joined them for a pool party at Keith’s parents home. Everyone had such a fun time celebrating the couple, and it was a beautiful day to celebrate. Being a part of the family myself, I definitely joined in on the pool party! 🙂

For the ceremony, the bride, Rutvi, wore a traditional Indian red bridal sari. The groom, Keith, sported a black suit with a gold tie. Keith’s gold tie matched Rutvi’s gold accent pieces so well. The couple said their vows under a gorgeous floral arch and it was the perfect centerpiece for their ceremony. The floral arch was filled with white hydrangeas, light pink roses, and beautiful greenery.

Overall, Keith and Rutvi’s intimate backyard wedding was the quickest, most relaxed wedding that I’ve ever been to! Keith and Rutvi are always a joy to photograph. Stay tuned for another blog post featuring their larger wedding celebration in November. I had so much fun celebrating both wedding days with Keith and Rutvi, and I’m thrilled to finally share these images from their beautiful intimate summer backyard wedding. Congratulations, Keith and Rutvi! Love you both!
