I met Gustavo and Alexia before the pandemic. We celebrated their engagement with a session around downtown Chicago and at the Art Institute of Chicago where they frequently visit together. You can see that session HERE! Not too long after that, their big wedding plans were forced to change. However, these two handled all the changes with so much beauty and grace. They focused on what was most important – being married to one another at the end of the day. While their guest list was cut down dramatically and limited to only 50 guests, they had their closest family and friends by their side as they said their vows outside at the lovely Montebello Estate in Lemont, IL. Everyone later met them for dinner at Galleria Marchetti in downtown Chicago. Their wedding featured colors of blue, gold, whites, and greens (my favorite) and had a very organic and outdoor feel to the entire day. They ultimately wanted this feel and was so happy their venues were able to accommodate their needs and keep their guests comfortable in this environment. The day was perfect and the night was simply lovely! They danced underneath the stars with a crisp, cool breeze radiating through the reception room at Galleria Marchetti. Alexia stunned everyone in her elegant gown designed by Hayley Paige and Gustavo looked dapper per usual in his tuxedo by The Black Tux. I loved being a part of their amazing wedding day and wish these cuties nothing but all the happiness in the world as they start their married journey together. Love you both!
