I love when I get to venture out of the city every once in a while and into the northwest suburbs of Chicago for sessions! This sweet family decorated their son’s nursery with all the warm colors! Sunny yellow and orange with plenty of white and pops of navy…LOVE! I’m not usually one for yellow (I’ll be honest) but this was done SO well. I couldn’t help but be happy when walking into this room – it just radiates positivity and warmth (or is that just me)? 🙂 I know little Cameron James must love it too! It was so much fun photographing the Veldhuis family in their home in Palatine, IL a few months ago and getting to meet their new addition. Cameron is a really sweet baby and was such a little model for the camera! Below are a few highlights (and my personal favorites) from their lifestyle newborn session.
