Hi friends! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! On the blog today are two of the sweetest people EVER: Ali and Troy. They crossed paths after their best friends started dating (and eventually marrying!) one another. Best friends marrying best friends!! How special is that?! Ali and Troy have been together for over 5 years now, bought an adorable home in Cary, IL, and have a pitbull pup named Lindy and a giant bunny named Leroux “aka Big Bun.”  After speaking with Troy and Ali about ideas for their session, we decided to incorporate their home and their animals into the first part of the day in what I like to call a front porch session!

The second portion was held at the Galt Airport where Troy works! He is a pilot and they both have a huge love for planes so this was perfect for them! After taking some photos in the hangar, we ventured onto the runway and to a nearby field that provided the most beautiful sunset lighting.

I had so much fun with you guys and cannot wait for your wedding day! It’ll be here soon!! 🙂
