This session will always be something I will remember. We were weirdly in the middle of a tornado watch when I photographed these siblings! I watched the weather carefully and we were in the clear. Their mom and I decided it was okay and went ahead as scheduled, but we were still on high alert just in case. Tennessee weather, y’all. LOL This sweet family moved to West Tennessee from California a few years ago and I met them while attending church at Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, TN. I went to a moms group about a year and a half ago when my youngest, Kaley, was just born. Their mom, Alicia, was one of the leaders of the group and I got to know her more and more throughout my time in the group. I was so excited to have her sweet boys at the studio for Corben’s newborn session. They adopted Corben 3 months prior to this session, but because he was so tiny at birth, we waited a little while for his newborn session (technically a 3 month session). This family calls themselves the Mac 6-pack! I could not have asked for sweeter kids to photograph. They’re so in love with their new baby brother and he didn’t disappoint either with all of his funny facial expressions! Enjoy a few favorites from their family session below.
