This October, Vincent and I traveled to the gorgeous Madrid, Spain. Over the course of 13 days, we toured the beautiful cityscapes and countrysides of Madrid, Barcelona, and Girona—the latter two will be coming in a blog post soon!
Madrid, Spain is a true beauty full of food and culture. Madrid’s architecture was awe-inspiring and the city was filled with the cutest cafes. We spent a lot of time walking (about 8 miles every day!) and seeing all this city had to offer. We particularly enjoyed walking around Retiro Park, making new friends while standing in the long line for the Prado museum, The Royal Palace of Madrid, and eating lunch at the Mercado San Miguel!

We, of course, had to try churros! So good!
Stores called Museo de Jamon were on nearly every corner.

I usually left my camera in the hotel room during the night time but on the last night there, I took a few photos!
This was the view from our hotel rooftop on our last night in Madrid. Beautiful!
Madrid, Spain is an incredible city with a little something for everyone. From the architecture buffs to the foodies—there are attractions to please everyone. Speaking of something for everyone, if you loved this stroll through Madrid you might want to check out Barcelona and Girona as well!
