Happy Monday, friends!! This past week I took some time off to spend time with my mom and dad who were visiting us from Tennessee! We did so many fun things throughout the city including the Architectural boat tour, visiting the Shedd Aquarium, taking a water taxi to Navy Pier, having cocktails at the Signature Room (96 floors above Chicago!! SO cool!), as well as driving to Starved Rock to go hiking! I decided to bring along “the big camera” to take some photos along the hike and I’m so glad I did! Starved Rock is absolutely stunning and we had a blast! Below are some of my favorites from our 3 hour hike throughout the area! I highly suggest taking a day trip out there- you won’t regret it!
