I love to help other photographers succeed by encouraging and empowering them to dream big. My goal is to give you the tools you need to create a sustainable and fulfilling photography business.
I began my career as a professional photographer in 2011 while attending the University of Tennessee. I graduated with a degree in Economics and soon after moved to Gainesville, FL with my husband. Eventually, we found ourselves in Chicago, IL. Moving my business multiple times has taught me so much about how to run my business and I love every opportunity I get to share my experience. My work has won multiple awards and has been featured in numerous wedding blogs and magazines including Style Me Pretty, The Knot, Huffington Post, and more.
ENP workshops are in-person workshops that are held at my home in downtown Chicago. The workshop focuses on giving photographers the tools they need to take their business to the next level. You will learn how to gain more bookings, find and attract your ideal client, pose couples in a natural way that allows for genuine emotion, style details on a wedding day, light receptions, to be consistent with social media and your branding, and so much more! I typically recommend this workshop to entrepreneurs who have been in business for 1-3 years.
The night before! I like to host a casual get together the night before the workshop so we can get to know one another better. I’d love for you to join us!
Absolutely! As long as you have knowledge of how to shoot in manual mode, you’re all set to join us! If you’re still learning how to use your camera, I would suggest a mentoring session before joining us at the workshop.
For notes, you’ll want to either bring a laptop or a notepad. I’ll be showing you how to use some editing and album design software, so a laptop would be really helpful in that case. You’ll definitely want to bring your favorite portrait and detail lenses as well as your camera for the styled shoot! You may want to bring business cards and a cute outfit for headshots :)
Yes! There is a $250 discount if you sign up within the early bird time frame. If you’d like to pay in multiple payments instead of all at once, you can choose to pay 50% at booking and then the remaining 50% one month before the workshop.
Yes! Once you are signed up for the workshop, you’ll be added in a private Facebook group with the other attendees. In that group, you can connect with one another, look for roomies, ask questions after the workshop, and more!
A light breakfast will be ready for you when you arrive! A full lunch, light snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks will be provided on both days. Dinner will be on your own, but I promise I won’t leave you hanging! The food scene in Chicago is one of the best in the country and I’ll provide you with my favorite restaurants around the city well in advance so you have plenty of time to make reservations!
“This workshop was such a great investment!
The information Liz shared benefited me as a beginner, but can also help me as my business grows.
It was a very inspiring two days!”
Her Workshop was an entirely intimate and inspiring experience! Attending helped me to refine my workflow and also gain new perspectives on my technique, post-process, as well as the client experience. Less than one week later, I booked a couple for their wedding ON THE SPOT!”
