I absolutely love teaching others how to better understand their camera, how to create a sustainable photography business, and how to capture precious memories that their clients will treasure for a lifetime. Whether you’re a beginning photographer or someone that has been in business for a few years coaching sessions may be exactly what you’re looking for to take your business to the next level. These sessions are personalized to your specific needs and catered to what you need to focus on the most.
In Person One-On-One coaching sessions are 6 hours long and held in downtown Chicago.
What’s the difference between a coaching session and the workshops you offer?
The content is based upon your specifics needs and struggles. If you’d like to discuss more about the benefits of each, let me know and we can talk about whether you’d best be suited for a coaching session or a workshop!
How does the day play out?
The schedule is dependent on the day and both of our schedules. However, we typically start at 9am at a coffee shop in the River North area of Chicago. I spend the first half hour or so really digging into who you are as a person and as a business owner. I examine what areas of business you need the most guidance with so that I know what to focus on throughout the day. It’s also very helpful to have some questions and ideas ready for me as well to get the most out of your coaching session. Around noon, we break for a fun lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in the city! I finish the day photographing you for your professional headshots! These can be used for anything you’d like in your business and are so helpful in showing your clients who you are.

“Elizabeth Nord is an amazing photographer and I was so happy to have her coach me! She has inspired me to look at things differently than I had before and in doing so, I know I’m becoming a better photographer. When I first started photography I found Elizabeth’s work, and I contacted her because I knew I wanted to learn from her. She was patient when teaching a new concept, eager to share tips, and incredibly detail oriented. She was very accepting and open to teaching me how to be a better photographer, how to run my business smarter, and how to network with vendors. She is truly an inspiration and will help you be the best photographer you can be.”
